Day 1 – 30 Days of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
As promised today was the first day of my 30 days of HIIT (High Intensity Inverval Training) program. Having just finished P90X this will be an opportunity to see if I can reduce the amount of workout time while getting better results. Over the next 30 days you’ll get the play-by-play on each day’s workouts, some video, and pictures – before, progress, and afters. So, to keep true to that, here are my Day 1 pics.
